The main PRO Jumping Fitness trampoline workout is the BASIC program, which is a combination of high-intensity workout and muscle conditioning with slow and fast jumps and sprints. The program contains numerous elements of fat burning, strengthening and relaxation of muscles, stretching, power exercises ... all in one hour and with plenty of positive energy. The BASIC program is also training for beginning instructors.
